The Pharmacovigilance Committee at Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre (AIMS&RC) plays a crucial role in ensuring patient safety by monitoring, reporting, and evaluating adverse drug reactions (ADRs). In line with national and global drug safety regulations, our committee functions as a vital part of the healthcare system by promoting rational drug use, early detection of adverse effects, and continuous education for healthcare professionals.
We operate under the guidance of the Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI), coordinated by the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC) under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
