At Ananta Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre (AIMS&RC), we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all staff, students, and patients. We have established the Gender Harassment Committee (GHC) in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, and aligned with medical ethics and institutional values.
The committee plays a pivotal role in preventing gender-based harassment, addressing grievances with sensitivity, and promoting awareness and equal opportunity in the workplace.
